The AAF has two incredible apartments available for booking at a prime location in Coogee Beach. Apartment 4 and 18 are situated only two streets back from the main beach Coogee, meaning the surf lifesaving club and historic Wylie’s Bath are less than 1.5km away.
Leave the car behind and take a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the playground for the kids, right at the beach. Note, however, that the apartments are located overlooking Coogee Beach so the walk back will be uphill. With easy access to public transport, you’re only a short ride away to the many fantastic restaurants, museums, art galleries and more that Sydney has to offer.
As the apartments are located within a residential complex, guests are reminded to be mindful of other occupants and keep noise at a respectful volume to maintain the peaceful amenity for all.

Apartment 4 is a second floor, two-bedroom ensuite apartment that is perfect for a family or group stay. The apartment finishes are of a high standard with a serene marine feel, fine furnishings and modern conveniences. Note no lift access. Apartment facilities include:
- 1 queen bed (bedroom 1), 1 double bunk bed and 1 single bed (bedroom 2)
- 1 sofa bed (living room)
- Kitchen
- Laundry
- Linen and towels provided
- Access to BBQ and pool on site
- 1 car parking space via underground car park (access with remote issued with keys)

Payment Information
Due to the demand for holiday properties in Coogee, weekly stays are limited to a single booking (not back to back). All bookings will require a deposit payable in advance. The deposit will be 50% of the total cost of your occupation and must be paid directly to the managing agent at the time of booking.
Full payment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation of bookings must be made direct to the managing agent and there may be a $50 fee charged. The management agent is not responsible for providing a refund on cancellation; only the AAF Company can do this. Refund requests made outside a four-week period of a confirmed booking may be made.

When booking, you will need to provide evidence of your eligibility.
Your details may be verified at time of check-in.

- Army Regular and Reserve may book 12 months in advance, and
- All other categories may book 6 months in advance, those being:
- Navy and Air Force Regular and Reserve
- Retired ADF personnel
- Serving members of Overseas Forces
- Defence Civilians
- Defence Contractors and Emergency Services
All members booking will be required to provide their PMKeys Number; rank; full name and Unit or workplace details. Retired ADF members are required to provide proof of service (service number) and/or a current retired ADF superannuants identity number.
